We begin leasing your property from you, and taking care of the maintenance. We will often sub-lease to an intensively vetted tenant/buyer, who wants to take great care of your home, and plans to buy it.
Timeframe: Once we get your info, we’re usually able to make you an offer with multiple options within 24 hours. From there, if you choose the all cash option, we can close as quickly as 7 days, or on your schedule. If you choose one of the lease options offers, we will immediately begin the search for a tenant/buyer to lease from us. This includes doing a full background and financial investigations on prospective tenant/buyers, at no cost to you. This process typically takes less than 1-2 months, but occasionally can take longer depending on the market.
